- Work directly with Clients, Marketing departments, and other Creative Service departments to effectively create brand strategies and direction of our properties and initiatives to develop the ideal promotional video.- Conceptualize, design, and direct the creation/production of all promotional and marketing video, including trailers, teasers, commercials, viral marketing spots, video podcasts, multi-media presentations, etc. Create and oversee every step of the production process, including shooting, editing, graphics, writing, and compression.- Create and produce a video podcast that generated 20,000 views a week, to promote the company’s news and products, and keep the consumers/fans engaged in the company.- Assume overall responsibility for insuring client expectations are met; establish and maintain a line of communication between marketing and creative teams.- Manage the daily operations of the Promotional Video department, which includes scheduling, budgeting projects, and directing the daily activities & delegating the workload of 6 video editing/graphics professionals and 2 music composers/sound designers. - Oversee the progress of work to ensure delivery within established framework and deadlines.- Lead, manage and grow multiple projects simultaneously.- Ensure a team atmosphere and positive employee relations, while training and mentoring my team.- Coordinate short and long term business development projects, working directly with the Creative Services Vice President on strategy, budgeting, and presentations.
