As co-founder and CEO Richie built a team to establish a fair-trade data marketplace that solves the challenges between data protection and consumer privacy for corporations. Their innovative approach integrated real-time negotiable data rights into consumer contracts using distributed ledgers and natural language processing. Richie's shaping of the market for privacy as a Human Right resulted in him advising multiple governments and The United Nations. Hu-manity.co’s technology currently processes the GDPR and CCPA compliance data for over 2M websites.# Envisioned a 31st Human Right that classifies human data as human property.# Built a fair-trade-data platform using blockchain, patents filed, 50B TAM.# Partnered with IEEE to define Standardize Fairness in the Trade of Data.

Richie executed on a Private Equity roll-up strategy to integrate pharma solutions providers, acquiring, and integrating multiple companies to improve the long-term financial performance of a global multi-billion-dollar legacy data and analytics business. He re-platformed the portfolio leveraging Salesforce, Box and AWS clouds significantly improving the OpEx, and introduced an integrated solution (OCE) to the legacy data and analytics customer base. The integrated offering unified the purchasing choices of data, technology, and services into a single digital transformation buying decision. Richie reshaped the market, partner ecosystem, and go-to-market formation of the BU.# Deployed an orchestrated (OCE) model for customer engagement in global pharma, 50B TAM.# Guided clients such as Pfizer, Novartis, Sanofi, and AMGEN through digital transformation.# Member of c-suite that grew revenues of a global business unit from 750M to 2B in 5 years.

To enhance the experience of 8,000 wealth managers serving ultra-high net worth clients, Richie collaborated with multiple groups to build a cloud and mobile computing platform to improve client interaction. He prepared a business plan, initiated designs, and assembled a cross-functional team to elevate UBS’s wealth management. Richie served on the firm’s diversity committee, fostered early Silicon Valley relationships with Salesforce.com, MongoDB, Yammer, and Jive; and liaised with the Clinton Global Initiative, the Wall Street Rocks initiative, and other charities.# Deployed a new model for UHNW client engagement integrating cloud and mobile.# Envisioned a new model for call center client servicing using Jive/enterprise social networks. # Lead a team of 200+ supporting systems that reported nightly on 1T of AUM.

Identifying a void in reporting for wealth management clients holding alternative investments, Richie lead and mentored a team to integrate predictive analytics with real-time document assembly. This innovation, enabling smart personalized reports, was later adopted across the investment banking industry. At Lehman Brothers, Richie co-chaired the firm's Asian Association, partnered with IBM to foster a culture of innovation jams, and served as a high-potential mentor.# Deployed a platform for monthly reporting on 500B AUM, patents awarded.# Built a new platform for predictive analytics that processed petabytes of data nightly. # Mentored a team of 50+ helping to cultivate multiple eventual Managing Directors.

Recognizing that brokers were inefficienct using multiple mainframe systems, Richie and a team of engineers integrated the IBM mainframe and Visual Basic to develop a desktop workstation for brokers. He retrained over 1,000 programmers from COBOL to Visual Basic accelerating the firm’s transition to the desktop. Richie's collaborative style led to a partnership between Microsoft and IBM enabling him to showcase the team’s innovations at Microsoft's TechEd 1999 conference.# Deployed a new platform that integrated the mainframe and visual basic.# Designed a markup language before XML to process 100M+ nightly transactions.# Collaborated with Microsoft and the W3C on standards for Microsoft’s XML parser, and XSLT.
