He is a licensed General Contractor in the states of South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, West Virginia and Arkansas and holds a residential homebuilders license in South Carolina. Richie’s background covers over 23 years of diverse construction and project construction management experience with 7 years of service in geotechnical sciences with Soil and Materials Engineers, 2 years in the design and development of residential communities as the owner’s agent for Liberty Properties Group and over 14 years in project construction management with LESCO Restorations, Inc.He is a member of the International Who’s Who of Professional Management.
