About Richie Neil Hao, Ph.D.

I have over 20 years of experience in higher education as Communication Studies professor and administrator. As an award-winning professor, I have taught undergraduate and graduate (M.A. and Ph.D.) Communication Studies courses (face-to-face, hybrid, and online), such as intercultural communication, performance studies, communication pedagogy, public speaking, small group communication, media studies, communication theory, and persuasion. Having received honors and recognition for my research in critical intercultural, pedagogical and performance studies, I have published in internationally-recognized communication and interdisciplinary journals and edited books.
