Develop business development strategy and execute BD plan, increasing sales pipeline (housing associations, corporates, councils) across London and UK, closing sales and developing long term partnerships. Also supported the Marketing/Comms team with PR, involved in the delivery of programmes (for Sky Sports Living For Sport) in Ireland and supporting with recruiting schools, NGBs and local sport clubs into the programmes delivered.

Have been involved in a number of projects for ESP across the UK leading a team of researchers to highlight the economic benefit for a town/city/region to host events. These included:i) UK School Games Glasgow 2006; UKSG Coventry 2007; UKSG North East 2010; UKSG Sheffield 2011.ii) Crystal Palace Athletics 2007, Sheffield Don Valley Stadium Athletics 2007, EuroHockey Nations Championship, Manchester 2007. Other research work for ESP clients included the National Museums Northern Ireland, Armagh City Council and the Institute of Groundsmanship.

Main activities and achievements:• Research South American market and consider the most appropriate market entry option for Euro Auctions in that region• Responsible for attracting new clients and developing relationships with existing customers in the Portuguese, Angolan and South American market (namely Brazil, Peru, Chile, and Bolivia). Influence in sales amounting to £302,000.• Assisting representatives in different markets with market information• Presentation of reports to management and Invest NI about the findings and developments in the different target markets.

Marketing and Sales Co-ordinator: Duties included:• Developing a marketing and sales plan and ensuring that all objectives and targets are being met• Provision of training to others members of staff in order to ensure all are in line with brand values.Other roles: Delivery of fitness classes (Spin) and design of programmes aimed at meeting client's health and fitness needs.
