KP South Sacramento Verified as Level II Trauma Center, American College of Surgeons July 2009, reaccredited 2012. - Implemented KP HealthConnect (EPIC) as alpha-site for KP National Program, 2005-06 - Created several Emergency Department innovations: Physician-in-Treatment / Clinical Decision Area approaches -2006 - Developed Hospital Delivery Model, 2007- Developed Innovative environment and breakthroughs: Toolbar and several iPhone/iPad applications, including "Who's on Call?" and "Clinician Connect." - Bariatric Surgery - Developed comprehensive Bariatric Surgery Program, 2012. Leads the industry in quality, efficiency, experience, and cost effectiveness. - Robotic Surgery – Developed comprehensive Robotic Surgery Program, 2012.
