Leading the Twinings IT response for the implementation of a CDP/CRM and DAM capability for global adoption. The initial part of the project focusses on vendor selection and ensuring they meet Twinings IT standards and policies before moving to an implementation in a small number of markets as a Proof of Concept.

Analysing the UK and France Heineken markets, to understand their IT spend and find opportunities to find savings and more efficient ways to run the IT function. This was a short term contract working across the IT Team to produce a deck and proposal for the relevant Heads of IT and the Europe CIO.
