777X Composite Wing Center (CWC) Industrial Engineering - Successful intrapreneur and project leader for building a smarter factory within the new 777X CWC. Provided the vision, gained leadership buy-in, and promoted production system requirements. This enabled Advanced Data Analytics, Predictive and Prescriptive Maintenance, and the use of Digital Twins for monitoring overall production systems performance and planning future production system rates.Influenced and motivated various teams (Enterprise Architecture, Analytics Information Management Services, Factory Automation, Equipment Engineering, Quality, and Boeing Research and Technology) to work together and create real-time, actionable, production system intelligence with data harvested from computing systems, sensors, and new forms of machine data known as “digital exhaust.”Set up meeting cadence, Sharepoints, and websites for leading multiple cross-functional teams both in person and virtually across the globe. On-boarded new team members and integrated, prioritized, and managed multiple cross-functional project schedules. Identified risks and mitigated resource constraints. Provided overall status visibility to customers, stakeholders, and executive leadership.Served as the IE Senior Lead backup for 777X CWC and functional rep on the CWC Ops Integration Core Team. Coordinated resources from other functions and organizations to develop business and functional requirements for the Resource Operations Center and shop floor KPI visibility screens. 777X Composite Wing Center Industrial Engineering - Lead and IE Team Mentor assigned to the 777X Composite Wing Center. Supported the Integrated Product Teams for the 777X Composite Spars, Panels, and Stringers fabrication processes by utilizing Design for Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Responsible for the assessment of composite automation technology by performing capacity analysis for initial and future production rates. Optimized production system layouts and resources based on Lean Manufacturing Principles and the Theory of Constraints. Defined requirements for advanced data visualizations necessary for daily management and shop floor control. Ensured the standardization of analysis across Spars, Stringers, and Panels. Successfully led IE team through passing all production capacity program requirements (Gate 7). Also served as the project mentor for multiple Tauber Graduate internship teams.

BCA Product Development / Innovation Center - Supported multiple cross-functional teams. Modeled, tested, and validated automation technology and advanced manufacturing concepts used in designing and optimizing composite wing production systems. Leveraged Design for Lean Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, and other advanced Industrial Engineering tools and techniques. Used agile software development best practices (Scrum, MS TFS) to assist software development team. Won “Most Innovative Project” at the 2013 Boeing Commercial Airplanes Annual Industrial Engineering Showcase.
