Responsible for program design and deployment, partner selection and contracting, operational integration between ERP, Vendor Management, and Professional Services Automation systems. This program drives over $150M of revenue across 40 countries, involving 100+ vendors and 200+ internal program users.

The OEM team was a skunk works project to sell NCR-developed technology to manufacturers competing in adjacent markets• Presales support for computer server sales totaling $50M annually• Participated in negotiation team which sold (divested) two software product lines at approximate $80M profit to NCR

SDRC (now part of Siemens PLM) was a $300M provider of Software and Professional Services for Computer-Aided Design, Analysis and Manufacturing • Defined software product functionality and user interaction requirements using structured design and analysis techniques• Managed a 10-person department providing Advanced Technical Support and software product Quality Assurance

Supported the Air Force procurement program for the C-17 transport aircraft from the Preliminary Design stage through first flight and the first months of flight testing• Reviewed and approved design specifications, test specifications, and test results for both the Digital Electronic Flight Control system and the back-up, mechanical flight control system• Supported component-level and system-level testing, including ground and flight tests for performance, safety and environmental characteristics
