Uganda

• Selected to go to Tororo, Uganda on behalf of the British Government to work with start-ups and established small businesses. Enabling change and creating impact in a Ugandan community.
• Managed a small team of Ugandan graduates that was given 6 businesses to consult and grow.
• Implemented bookkeeping, stocktaking and other financial fundamentals.
• Created marketing campaigns to create awareness in the local community.
• Each business became self-sustaining and 2 were awarded significant loans, enabling further growth.

• Strategic challenger within customer base to drive revenue growth.

• Selected to take part in Interoute's 2016 Graduate Scheme.
• Spent the year training in key fundamentals of business, learning how a global corporation works.
• Worked closely with senior sales representatives to create opportunities for them to follow up.

• Created the most opportunities throughout the year and came top when tested. Promoted early into Account Manager position.

• After a successful summer internship, I was offered a permanent role with The Mark Group.

• Translated results of an Energy Performance review into sales of renewable and sustainable technology.
