About Rich Kaminsky

During my career in sales I earned the reputation of a high integrity professional who enabled Clients to experience real business results with their technology investments. I worked to understand their critical business requirements, and then collaborated with them on possible solution alternatives. I have retired from sales, but continue to work with soccer Referees in the State of Kansas to help identify, train and build the next generation of officials. I am a certified US Soccer Referee Coach. My efforts are in creating and improving a Peer Mentoring Program to speed the development and retention of young Referees who support the various leagues in the Kansas City Area.

Kansas has had the highest percentage of Regional and National Young Referees of the Year over the past decade, and several have advanced to National status.As Chairman I work with the Technical Directors to create our strategic plan, develop and manage the budget, execute the programs funded in the budget, and establish the visions for education, assessment, and recruiting soccer Referees. Our constituents are the Youth and Adult State Associations. We are responsible for carrying out the mission in accordance with the United States Soccer Federation.
