The guidance we provide to define your value proposition and infuse that into your LinkedIn profile is invaluable.Rich Kampmann brings 15+ years of executive search and leadership consulting expertise to his clients. He also has 15 years of hands-on experience in the banking and financial services arena.Rich has performed hundreds of searches for companies worldwide at senior management and executive levels. He has advocated for commercial and private banks and supports Consumer Products, Fintech, Industrial, and Non-Profit companies.Rich supports many non-profit organizations in the San Francisco community. He recently completed ten years on the Board of the Pomeroy Recreation and Rehabilitation Center that serves people with disabilities and was a Member of the Admissions Committee at the Olympic Club. Rich is an Eagle Scout and was a leader in the Boy Scouts of America and the San Francisco Little League.
