As the Vice President of Solution Engineering, I lead a team of talented and passionate engineers who deliver innovative and customized solutions that help our customers own, protect, and restore their data with confidence.I have over 15 years of experience in solution engineering, sales engineering, and technical leadership, with a strong focus on Salesforce.com and CRM. Before joining OwnBackup in 2019, I spent 11 years at Salesforce, where I held various solution engineering leadership roles. I have also worked at several great tech companies and founded two of my own. I am a Salesforce Certified Administrator and a Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, and I have extensive knowledge and expertise in Salesforce.com products, features, and best practices.I am passionate about helping our customers achieve their business goals and maximize their return on investment in the cloud. I enjoy collaborating with our sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to provide strategic guidance, technical support, and thought leadership. I also love mentoring and coaching our solution engineers, and fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction. In my spare time, I like to swim, ski, play poker, and do woodworking. I also support the Michael J. Fox Foundation and have helped raise over $250,000 for Parkinson's research.
