As Klook’s first US-based hire, I launched the company’s North American operations, opening three local offices, overseeing all business development and account management activity, and establishing partnerships with key North American attractions, tours, and activities. I hired and manage a team of eight business development and account management staff located in Boston, San Francisco, Orlando, and China.
