Direct all marketing operations for Penn Telecom, Inc. the competitive local services carrier subsidiary of North Pittsburgh Systems, Inc. (Nasdqaq: NPSI). Responsible for market strategy, positioning, branding and identity. Led transformation of Penn Telecom's business strategy and market positioning. Introduced highly successful service offerings in Voice-over-IP and Metro Ethernet. NPSI was acquired by Consolidated Communications (Nasdaq:CNSL) on 12/31/07, and Penn Telecom is now the competitive services division of Consolidated's telecom operations in Western PA.

A series of senior marketing, communications and analyst relations positions responsible for establishing and promoting Marconis commercial presence; Responsible for the image and identity campaign for Marconis US-based businesses which targeted both the telecomm and Federal networking sectors. Appointed to head a Solutions Development group that assembled - from the complete global portfolio of Marconi product and service offerings -targeted solution sets to address critical customer business and operations problems. Developed successful deployments of wireless backhaul at Verizon Wireless and a video service solution at AT&T.

Inaugurated FORE Systems’ foray into the telecommunications market. Developed FORE’s strategic messaging for the telecom carrier sectorAssisted FORE Systems’ global advertising & branding campaign. Principal corporate communicator – industry analysts, speech writing, media.ACCOMPLISHMENTS –Developed and deployed a solution resale program (CellStarter™) that produced $20+M in annual revenue streams from both the Sprint and GTE accounts. Conceived the “Pittsburgh heritage” concept that led to FORE Systems’ acclaimed $15M global Networks of Steel advertising campaign. Conceived, developed and implemented the “e-nable Services™ ” program of bundled professional services offerings for the competitive carrier market – led directly to acquisition of several new multi-million dollar producing customer accounts.

Account team leader for major corporate accounts in Western PA, including Westinghouse, Heinz, PPG and RPS. Responsible for both network services and networking equipment (voice and data). Selected to AT&T's Leadership Continuity Program (LCP) designed to identify and develop executive succession talent. Appointed head of internal Baldridge Award evaluation team (client: AT&T Federal Systems), and in doing so developed business evaluation model still used by AT&T. Multi-time "Sales Super Achievement" awardee for quota attainment and executive relationship development.
