A seasoned Operations leader and entrepreneur in both Information Technology (IT) and Entertainment, having held Leadership and Executive level (VP/COO) positions throughout career. Have been through 3 acquisitions, an IPO, and have had Operational and Professional Service Line Leadership responsible for $50m+ revenues, 165+ employees across 5 offices in Northeast with focus on promoting revenue growth, high profitability, high utilization, and staff development.Executive experience includes VP of Northeast Operations (COO) and Global SAP Services at AppNet (NASDAQ:APNT) and Commerce One (NASDAQ:CMRC), including 24/7 Managed Services, Client SLA’s, Strategic Planning, establishing/managing initiatives and priorities, negotiations with vendors/contractors, and planning/budgeting. Professional Services experience dates back to 1992 when led R&P (Research & Planning) efforts to build an SAP Services practice from inception to 70+ people, and become an SAP partner. R&P was acquired by AppNet, which IPO'd in 1999. Commerce One then acquired AppNet in 2000. After Commerce One Global Services was dissolved in 2001, started Confide IT, Inc. under my ownership. Experienced 7 years of continued growth in providing Professional Services and 24/7 Support for clients until negotiating a successful company acquisition in 2008. Remained an active Advisory Board member until 2012, continuing to provide independent Strategic IT Consulting to clients. Joined QMS, Inc. to lead Professional Services/new SAP Practice initiatives.In 2005, I became more active in the Entertainment business to grow the careers of several talented Artists (Songwriters/Recording Artists/Actors/Producers/Personal Trainers). By promoting client talents, achieved strong operational growth and continued my business accomplishments in handling contracts, deal negotiations, and client relations.
