Client facing trainer with a specialization in planning and executing relevant training for United States Army Units at the individual and collective level. Primary area of emphasis is on Counter Unmanned Aerial Systems, Improvised Explosive Device- Awareness to support units as they prepare to deploy in support of contingency operations. Team Intelligence specialist responsible for the analysis, processing and distribution of strategic and tactical intelligence. Utilizing all source products to provide intelligence assessments of areas of interests to the entire team. This enables scenario development to maintain realism.

The Mission Continues Service Leadership Corps empowers veterans of all eras from across the country to be community-based leaders, learning to tackle some of our nation’s toughest challenges as advocates for change. Throughout the program, Corps members will build their leadership skills alongside a national network of veterans with shared goals, both through in-person sessions and through a virtual cohort. Veterans will engage in group project-based learning through a partnership with a nonprofit organization to tackle a defined challenge and provide recommendations for solutions that lead to organizational change. Corps members will complete the program with an elevated awareness and appreciation for the challenges that our country is facing in cities and communities nationwide, and this awareness will result in an increased desire to continue in their pursuit of community-based leadership opportunities and impact.Over the course of a 6-month program, Corps members will come together for progressive learning and development and practical experience. You will provide coaching, support and mentorship to ensure Corps members successfully complete both components and successfully graduate from the program.- Facilitate core program content, including welcoming members, lead in-person sessions, and answering questions.- Present learning goals and manage the learning experience for Corps members.- Deliver training content and curriculum to Corps members to support their learning and development. ● Program Administration- Track participation and progress of Corps members; - Collaborate with events staff on logistics for the program.- Responsible for organizing materials and securing training rooms for in-person sessions.- Based on survey data and feedback, collaborate to improve program- Present learning goals and manage the learning experience for Corps members; -

In communities across the county, veterans are tackling pressing issues at the local level. The Fellowship Program Specialist is instrumental in empowering our veterans and facilitating their successful continued service. The Fellowship Program Specialist is an enthusiastic mission ambassador and is deeply passionate about empowering veterans who are adjusting to life after the military to find purpose through community impact. Coaching of program participants by maintaining quality contact with current Fellows during their fellowships allowing them to be successful at their host site, remain on track to execute their exit strategy goals, and ensure requirements of fellowship are completed.Other FPS Duties include; - Support and address needs of Fellows during their fellowships outside of the fellowship commitment, including resume building, securing a knowledgeable mentor, opportunities for continued advancement, etc. -Refer Fellows to community resources to resolve emergency problems in crisis situations. -Track all current Fellows using the Salesforce database and learning management software. -Track all fellowship assignments and goals, ensuring that fellowship stipends are deposited on the dates outlined on the Fellows’ goal outlines as well as after all requirements for that period of the fellowship are completed.Program Development -Provide logistical support for the successful execution of quarterly fellowship orientations. -Serve as a liaison with regional team, supporting veteran outreach/recruitment and Service Platoon Program goals through fostering and facilitating local partnerships with universities student veteran organizations, local veteran service organizations, and veteran resource providers. -Organize a pool of resources, including articles, readings, and exercises to support the goal achievement of program participants.

Serve as a liaison between federal, state, local governments and non-government organizations to ensure full stakeholder coordination during National All Hazards disaster environment crisis operations. Promote mutual understanding among various organizations tasked with providing and coordinating support functions in emergency situations. Attend training and special events at local, regional, and state levels. Work with community leadership and private sector partners in coordinating, planning and response efforts. Actively participate in regional and statewide disaster initiatives, strategic planning, exercises, and resource program evaluations. Assist with fundraising efforts, special events, and committees.

Responsible for the training and well-being of ten personnel in an All Hazards Response team, ensuring safe handling and processing of all material which may be contaminated. Supervised the maintenance and accountability for over $4.5 Million worth of equipment with a 93% Operational Readiness rate. Conducted 23 missions with 100% success rate, continuously sight after for advice and training opportunities..

Chemical Biological Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) Specialists plan, employ, and coordinate CBRN defense systems in support of joint and combined arms operations including CBRN reconnaissance systems, biological agent detection systems (BIDS), obscurant systems, CBRN decontamination systems, and other CBRN hazard detection and warning systems. In addition, CBRN Specialists coordinate assets and efforts for weapons of mass destruction (WMD) force protection programs, CBRN defense support to civil authorities, CBRN vulnerability analysis, CBRN sensitive site assessment/exploitation, WMD elimination, technical escort operation, CBRN reconnaissance, and CBRN decontamination. Subject matter expert in all hazard prediction and analysis.

CBRN Reconnaissance Operations Supervisor for an Infantry Brigade Combat Team with the responsibility for the Professional Development, welfare and training of eight Soldiers. Developed the first Tactical Site Exploitation (TSE) Standards for the Brigade while executing the first multiple day TSE operation. Tasked with Force Protection and Quick Reaction Force Platoon responsibilities while forward deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Charged with the professional development, Welfare and training of 32 personnel and over $3 Million worth of combat equipment.

Senior Operations Manager for a stand alone Signal Brigade responsible for the training and safety of 3,500 personnel to survive in an environment which has been laden with WMD. Received top honors for best CBRN Program on Peninsula along with Training Management, and Safety Programs. Conducted 45 Inspections of separate units ensuring all were in compliance with regulations.

Chemical demilitarization Operations Manager for a Chemical Weapons Storage and Destruction facility, in charge of all matter of Surety, Safety and Security for the organization. Developed the first Compliance team and Standard Operations Plan with direct supervision of three GS 12 employees tasked with inspecting the unit. Unit went from having multiple deficiencies on inspections to having zero thanks to the actions of the Compliance team. Operated side by side with local government and law enforcement agencies to ensure transparency of operations.

Senior Operations Manager for a heavy brigade combat team (BCT) consisting of six battalions and four separate companies totaling over 3,500 personnel assigned. Analyzes the BCT for strengths and weaknesses through an inspection program, allowing the establishment of a training regimen ensuring the safety of all assigned on the battlefield. In charge of logistics taking inventory in account when recommending purchases for personal protective equipment (PPE). Platoon Sergeant for the Staff section with direct supervision over five junior leaders and eight personnel, along with nine vehicles and equipment valued at over $3 million.

Team Leader in a separate chemical platoon supporting a standalone brigade combat team with worldwide contingency deployment capabilities. Responsible for preparing the squad for war and other worldwide contingencies. Direct supervision over five personnel, responsible for their training, leader development, discipline, motivation, welfare and quality of life. In charge of all squad equipment valued in excess of $240,000.

Operations Manager for two brigade combat teams and one engineer group. Disseminates CBRN policy and guidance through the chief of staff to the BCT commanders. Division Response cell Chemical NCO charged with maintaining the CBRN warning and reporting system which includes weather data and prediction. Analyzed intelligence to assess the battlefield effects of enemy WMD employment. Instituted the planning and coordinating of smoke operations across all staffs. Chemical readiness inspector for the Inspector General briefing commanders on the overall readiness of their CBRN programs.

Team Leader in a dual purpose Chemical Company (Smoke and Decontamination) in the only Air Assault Division in the United States Army, with a worldwide no notice contingency mission profile. With direct supervision of nine personnel responsible for their training, morale, welfare and professional development. In charge of all squad equipment including six vehicles, five trailers, three smoke generation systems and three decontamination systems valued at over $750,000.

First Line Manager in support of multiple Army Company level units responsible for the training, advice, and supervision regarding proper use and procedures for the defense of Weapons of Mass Destruction with operations including point and standoff detection, proper use of personal protective equipment , personal and equipment decontamination, and contamination avoidance; accountable for over $3,150,000 of CBRN equipment and administrative assets; responsible for the direct supervision, combat training, discipline, safety, health and welfare of 12 personnel, and ensuring the safety of over 400 personnel
