I was instrumental to the capture of over $20M of contracts for the University, including major engagements with the Office of Naval Research, the US Marine Corps, and the US Army Medical Research and Material Command. I was also responsible for management of several research efforts, including the Next Generation Manufacturing Technology Initiative, an immersive 3D environment to model and simulate product and process design alternatives, and to measure and present lifecycle cost impact of design alternatives on the manufacturing process for the Office of the Secretary of Defense. -
