As a Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, I have developed a comprehensive and strategic expertise in finance and accounting. I currently serve as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at David S. Brown Enterprises, Ltd., a leading real estate developer and manager in the Mid-Atlantic region.In this role, I am responsible for overseeing the financial performance and operations of a diverse portfolio of more than 4.5 million square feet of office and retail space and over 2,000 apartment units. I manage the budgeting, forecasting, reporting, internal controls, treasury management, leasing, property management, and capital transactions for the company. I have successfully obtained, negotiated, and closed loans with various lenders, evaluated and executed acquisitions and dispositions, and maintained relations with tenants and landlords.
