Previous work includes Oregon Business Management Group, Dojo Agency; PDX, OR. Dojo Agency specializes in Health Care Marketing and Communications, Branding and brand development. We are a small team steeped in the Pacific NW, deep in industry know-how, willing to take on any project, print or on-the-glass, large or small. In addition to Dojo Agency are Biotronik (Lake Oswego), Gift Tree (Vancouver, WA) and HenryV (Portland).As Sr. Creative Director, I had oversaw creative and branding of the four Norm Thompson Outfitters' brands: Norm Thompson, Sahalie, Solutions and Gold Violin. I managed a team of 21, including Writers, Designers, Producers, location and in-house photo teams that produce year-round print and e-comm work for each of the four brands. I had the unique perspective of getting to see and shape a package that changed daily, and worked with many different teams, company-wide. My mission is to keep every project on schedule and on budget - with the help of my very competent and talented team - through negotiations, planning, problem solving and hard work.
