As a Senior Implementation Manager, I worked with Mixpanel's largest and most complex customers on technical and business analytics strategy and implementation. On each engagement, I led a team of resources to design and implement an organization-wide analytics strategy while also advising on overall improvements to their technology stack to better meet their analytics goals. In addition, I've worked to improve internal processes and market offerings, including relaunching an implementation program which resulted in over $1M savings to Mixpanel within the first year.

My work entails managing major releases across two enrollment systems for my client. State of Indiana – Web Portal Product Manager January 2014 – April 2015 I began working as a business analyst with Indiana's Department of Family Resources on a new Self-Service portal to allow Hoosiers to apply for and maintain food stamp, welfare, or Medicaid benefits. Just 4 months after arriving in Indiana, I was named as the product manager for the portal. In this capacity, I positioned the portal to comply with new healthcare regulations while maximizing the portal's usability and client impact. I achieved this through leading design sessions with key client stakeholders, resulting in functional, technical, and database designs. Additionally, I managed a team of 15 functional and development resources in several different locations, maintained and adhered to project schedules, and removed obstacles blocking my team from completing their work. Key Achievements:- Designed and developed a web portal to provide 1.4MM Indiana residents with simplified access to government benefits by managing a team of 15 analysts and developers across 3 geographic locations- Maximized the portal’s value to end-users by prioritizing delivery of high-impact functionality while balancing resource and financial constraints- Delivered a system that ensured state and federal compliance while minimizing business and legacy system impacts by analyzing state and federal mandates and implementing business rules

State of Louisiana – Product Design Lead, Adobe LiveCycle Developer December 2012 – January 2014 After serving on this project as an analyst for only 3 months, I became the associate product manager for Louisiana's Department of Children and Family Service's Provider Portal which is the state's central portal for foster parents, licensed daycare centers, and other state providers. In that role I lead JAD sessions, elicited requirements, and refined design with department directors. I also oversaw and contributed to the development of the portal's 22 forms which leveraged Adobe LiveCycle.Key Achievements:- Designed a web portal that serves over 250,000 Louisiana residents- Facilitated over 25 client sessions with program directors to streamline business processes and further user-interface and user-experience designs- Reduced state costs and simplified maintenance by managing and working alongside two resources to develop over 20 dynamic PDF forms using Adobe LiveCycle
