Richard brings over 30 years of Project Management and Deployment experience. In the last 10 years, he has held hands-on Change Management, Readiness, and Training roles with Disney, Verizon, and Convey Health Solutions. He is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified by Verizon and used the principles of ADKAR methodologies in his work at Verizon and Disney where he managed readiness and training with internal teams and ensured success in change management initiatives and goals.As a Senior Project Manager at Microsoft in France, he developed and implemented the Global PMO for IT Project Managers worldwide, where he migrated Microsoft's existing regional teams into one team which was formative in his Change Management career. He has a strong understanding of sales and services including experience at Microsoft in IT as a Service.His strengths in end-to-end project management are best demonstrated by the management of the ServiceNow project at Verizon, which involved activity planning, resource planning, developing/maintaining schedules, risk analysis and tracking. He uses the entire MS Office Suite of tools including Excel and is accustomed to developing and modifying workflows and processes in MS Visio.
