Richard brings over 30 years of Project Management and Deployment experience. He is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified by Verizon and used the principles of ADKAR methodologies in his work at Verizon and Disney where he managed readiness and training with internal teams and ensured success in change management initiatives and goals.As a Senior Project Manager at Microsoft in France, he developed and implemented the Global PMO for IT Project Managers worldwide, where he migrated Microsoft's existing regional teams into one team which was formative in his Change Management career.
