• Design Proforma templates to show projected 10 year financial results for new stores and existing stores where a lease renewal and/or remodel was pending.• Develop a Post Audit approach for measuring financial returns for new stores and stores recently remodeled.• Measure Internal Rate of Return for new stores starting four month from opening.

• Implemented SAP capital tracking system from Oracle system. Partnered with SAP programmers to design the data tables and build reports. • Designed and implemented a capital approval process where all capital spending complied with company policy.• Designed and implemented a process to calculate and capture the internal labor amount to capitalize for software development projects and store construction.• Assisted with an asset cost segmentation tax analysis related to expansion of corporate office building.

• Grew a small Fixed Assets Department with less than 300 stores to one that supports a large retail company covering North America with over 4,000 stores under multiple brands and manufacturing facilities.• Responsibilities included forecasting of depreciation expense and repairs & maintenance.• Leadership role in consolidation of Fixed Assets from two major acquisitions.• Implemented Oracle Fixed Assets system and capital tracking from legacy Lawson system. • • Documented the process and trained staff for Oracle.
