Pets International, LTD. is a consumer goods manufacturer and distributor of Super Pet® avian and small animal habitats, and is a subsidiary of Central Garden and Pet, a two billion dollar corporation.• Developed a startup art department, hired, managed, and mentored a creative staff and established a cohesive, creative team environment within one month of my hire.• Managed, directed and completed brand conversions for over 600 products, and another 600 collateral marketing pieces, over an 18-month timetable.• Implemented a work flow process, and increased efficiencies in creative print asset delivery to domestic and global vendors. • Recommended and collaborated with print, photography, and freelance sources.• Contributed, maintained, and organized new and existing digital assets (DAM) for over 6,000 product images.• Repurposed digital assets in support for retail customers’ web channels.• Designed, directed, and provided print-ready deliverables for trade show signage, and journal ads.• Implemented a tabletop photography studio saving 75% in outsourced photography costs.
