As Senior Project/Program Manager, I provided professional services for the coordination of all implementation services including collaborative pre-planning activities stakeholder definition, physician champions and practice manager champions, site preparation, workflow impact analysis, and organizational readiness assessment. In this role, I supervised all processes related to the development and integration of IT security measures, along with the activities of implementation teams for hundreds of users across the hospital and 75 pediatric physician partners.
