About Richard Mullins

I’m a coaching enthusiast with a passion for SaaS. I am currently at Workvivo, where I built and scaled revenue/sales development from Series A to Series B through the Zoom acquisition. With the announcement of the Zoom acquisition, I moved to Sales Enablement and Acceleration to help with strategic priorities in enabling the Zoom GTM function and continuing to drive enablement for internal Workvivo sellers in EMEA and APAC. This is a team of three people working like a team of ten. Since moving, I iterated a new onboarding programme for Workvivo sellers that cut ramp time for AEs in half. Outside of onboarding, I have looked at data to see where there are gaps in our sales process and what programs we can drive to help plug these gaps. Some of these programs include Champion training, MAPs, and MEDDPICC. Stakeholder management is crucial in enabling. This has always been in my peripheral vision. How can I work, build relationships, and get consensus among various stakeholders—PMM, sales managers, sellers, CX, ops, and the C-Suite? I believe in a modern approach to enabling GTM functions. I don’t focus on didactic style learning. I believe we are all creative and have the answers we need. I excel in bringing experiential learning and storytelling to enablement and leadership. When I’m not on the job, I can be found teaching Spinning classes, trying to learn how to handstand, hiking, jumping on a plane somewhere sunny, or in university studying part-time for a Psychotherapy degree. Hiring coachable talent, building teams, scaling revenue and sales development, sales enablement, and psychotherapy are some of the things that feed me.
