Member of the Board of Directors and Executive Vice President of vTv Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the development of orally administered treatments for type 1 diabetes. vTv received FDA Breakthrough Designation for TTP399 for the treatment of type 1 diabetes. Responsibilities include participating in executive leadership team, capital raising, licensing deals and partnerships. Also served as Interim Chief Executive Officer from March 2022 to August 2022, successfully closing on two direct equity investments raising $35M.

Responsible for M&A and business development across Nielsen's online, media, and consumer businesses, as well as originating and executing upon corporate venture investment opportunities for Nielsen's corporate venture fund.

Also served as President of RSL's $100M revenue per year prepaid calling card business, RSLCOM PrimeCall, from 2000-2001. Restructured the business to make it profitable, leading to a successful sale of the business to IDT Corp.
