Working as a technical resource for i2 I delivered a capability to Defence which could work disconnected from the network. Moving to i2 Presales and running a number of proof of concepts for Telco's to identify fraudulent behaviour and handset theft, and with courier organisations to identity suspicions behaviour by drivers and customers. Originally starting my IBM career as a Subject Matter Expert for Lotus Domino and preformed a number of migrations and upgrades to the latest Domino release for organisation like Centrelink and Medicare.
