About Richard O'Connor

As the Director of Strategic Programs at Infrastructure Australia, I manage the successful implementation of a transformation program for an Australian Government agency, revitalising the organisation's products to be more customer centric. With 20+ years of experience in delivering large and complex portfolios and programs across private and public sectors, I have a passion for digital and automation using design thinking with a human centred approach.I lead and coach teams to adopt agile principles and methodologies, such as SAFe, customer journey mapping, and design thinking, to promote efficient product delivery and innovation.
