• Adhere to and enforce current system security policies to ensure compliance and data integrity.• Install and update antivirus and anti-phishing software programs like Carbon Black, Mimecast, Tessian, and KnowBe4 onto workstations, laptops, and Amazon Workspace• Actively monitor and respond to security alerts from Carbon Black, Cisco Meraki, and all other anti-phishing software to analyze and mitigate potential threats.• Manage security configurations, including policy settings for computers, user accounts, and groups, to safeguard against unauthorized access.• Create users, disable users, and update their passwords in Active Directory• Assign users to the correct member groups in Active Directory• Support MFA and SSO integrations on applications such as Okta and Exchange• Investigate and respond to support requests via email, teams, and vivantio ticketing software• Install, configure, and manage laptops, computers, VoIP phones, printers, and other devices for our employees and company • Conduct imaging, configuration, and updating of computers and systems to meet security and company standards.• Setup users in Amazon Workspace or set up a remote desktop for users to work from home• Troubleshoot system, network, and user issues within the company • Create user accounts and license them in Adobe, Zoom, Thompson Reuters products, BNA products, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, etc.• Remote into user’s computers using Goverlan software and ConnectWise ScreenConnect for desktop remote support • Help rack switches and servers for the organization• Assigning inventory such as monitors, headsets, laptops, and webcams to users via the Vivantio asset manager• Complete and assist in projects given to me by the IT team

• Use HotSOS to manage guest, housekeeping, and other IT-related requests, create user accounts for employees and manage devices that are linked to HotSOS.• Use the IT helpdesk ticketing system for incident reports, requests, and questions• Set up work iPhones for employees so they can view their HotSOS requests • Set up desktop computers and cisco phones at employees work station • Set up, install, and repair zigbee control4 in hotel rooms to allow hotel guest to control room thermostat, drapes, lights, outlets. • Check and maintain computer hardware such as mouses, keyboards, and monitors• Troubleshoot to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner• Maintain records/logs of things that need to be fixed and repaired• Use Microsoft 365 admin center for tasks such as adding and removing users, changing licenses, giving them roles, and resetting passwords• Use active directory to view or create users, groups, applications, and devices• Use Teamviewer to be able to assist employees with any troubles they're facing on their device,• Use DameWare Mini Control to remotely access end-users computers, laptops, and servers for remote administration and support.• Use ConnectWise to monitor, discover and resolve any IT issue• Responsible for using servers & VPNs• Set up VPNs on employees work computers • Use GuestTek to setup IPTV and internet service for the organization
