About Rich Quan

The old saying “Pictures are worth a 1000 words”, gets thrown around a lot. But until you get to know someone face to face, hear how they speak, see how they go about their lives, see not only how they treat themselves but others around them, you’ll never get to truly know who that person is. A person’s energy is something that you just won’t be able to experience through the screen. That is why I am grateful for all the people I’ve had the opportunity to work with this past couple of years, whether that be through individual training or even taking my class. You know the type of energy I bring to class every single time, and I am grateful that energy is met.But for those who don’t know me, this video is for you.
