* Managed 4 shift operation in a fully-automated 1 million square foot, 24/7 facility with a staff of 40 salaried and 550 hourly team members. * Maintained full responsibility for all outbound operations (3 direct and 45 hourly associates) in a 416,000 square foot fully automated distribution facilty.*Successfully assembled an aggressive and talented management team to oversee the startup of this facility.* Served as lead liaison with Manhattan Associates to design and implement high level process flow procedures. * Implemented and tested PKMS system, conveyors, and associated hardware.* Developed basic and advanced training programs and materials, and conducted training classes for managers and associates.

* Responsible for inventory integrity of a 325,000 square foot fully automated distribution center, managing 2 direct reports and 25 hourly associates on 1st and 2nd shifts.* Developed and implemented Quality Assurance program for improved performance that resulted in an accuracy rating of 99.0%.

* Assisted corporate executives with business unit planning, and created new position to bring control of routing system of all outbound deliveries in house.* Included research and analysis of trailer cube, volume and stop sequence which resulted in specific reduction of outbound routes needed.
