Company is now known as Sunbelt Lending Services and was a sister company of Sunbelt Title Agency along with Arvida Realty Services - under St. Joe (www.joe.com).Customized the MorVision software (Loan Origination/Processing software) to meet the needs of the users. This customization included creating multiple reports using Crystal Reports, creating complex customized documents, coding numerous macros (using SAX Basic) to perform calculations and data validation, and reorganizing the screens and questions to improve the business unit’s workflow.Setup, configured, and administered two SQL Server 7.0 servers hosting the MorVision databases. Utilized SQL DTS (Data Transformation Services) packages to facilitate operations such as backing up data on the loan officers’ laptops, keeping loan officer databases up to date, and transferring loan files from the loan officers to the processing center.

Responsible for maintaining Novell Netware 3.11 LANs in four locations. This included creating backup schedules, verifying backups, creating user accounts, and troubleshooting any hardware and software issues arising on user workstations.Typed commitments and policies and performed O&E searches at the Pinellas County, FL courthouse.
