Worked directly with buyer’s executive team, attorneys and auditors in financial diligence and led the creation of SEC-compliant condensed interim financials and footnotes for inclusion in buyer’s Form S-1 SEC filing. Buyer asked me to stay on as business unit CFO post-deal, but I chose to resign my position after helping with post-deal transition and financial integration in the months following the acquisition.
