Member of the museum’s senior management team. Oversees a $ 10 million budget covering the museum’s building operations, Human Resources, and Technology. Special responsibility to work with the city to guide the repair of the new expansions roof and wall systems and pursue over $20 million in claims against the contractor and designer. Responsible for the planning of a new 50,000 sq/ft administrative building and the $1.5 million renovation and relocation of shop space. Responsible for the coordination during construction of the Clyfford Still Museum, adjacent to the Denver Art Museum, and the future back office support plan for the new museum. Guided the museum through a process resulting in its first strategic plan.

Oversees the museum's financial management, human resources, management information systems, building operations, and the museum shop and café. Special responsibility to insure that these key functional areas work in a carefully coordinated way, as well as insuring that they adopt new systems and procedures whenever such change is required to support the museum's growth. Turned the museum Strategic Plan into action using a continuous process improvement approach. Guided the museum through a $27 Million expansion from property acquisition, public approvals, bond funding, design and construction. Acted as the Director of the museum in the absence of the Director. Hosted and spoke on behalf of the museum as necessary at functions supporting membership and development.

Administrator, Daughters of the American Revolution 2000. Senior Staff Member supervising seventeen departments heads including Human Resources, Facility Maintenance Manager, Security, and Operational Departments with an annual budget of approximately $13 Million. Set in place a construction review process to develop plans and execution of $2 Million in construction/renovation of projects in a National Historic Building. Assessed and analyzed functional areas and put into motion a plan to develop continuous process improvement with measurable goals and objective. Directed the web team renovation and launch of a progressive web presence with the ultimate goal of doing the business of the society over the Internet.

Responsible for the Finance, Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, and Operations supporting the underwriting of nearly $40 million in annualized premium for medical stop-loss and fully insured products. Supported the growth of the organization in filling newly created positions of Controller, Director of Information Systems, Database Manager, and Accountant. Supervised the development of a LAN/WAN to support growth and movement to e-commerce opportunities.

Legislative Liaison, Asset Management, Engineering/Construction, and Strategic Planning supporting programs with $1.3 billion in Morale, Welfare, and Recreation resources. Army wide funding included $900 million in generated income and $400 million in appropriated funds. Chaired Construction Review Board that analyzed priorities and allocated $40 million in construction projects per year. Financial management included oversight of funds for employee retirement, 401(k) savings, medical/life, and risk management totaling $470 million.

City Manager (Garrison Commander) of the Army's premier teaching and training installation; Supply and Food Service, Contracting, and Information Management in support of a student load exceeding 50,000 a year and a supported population over 100,000 at three locations with a budget exceeding $130 million. Heard and adjudicated fourth step EEO and union grievances for a work force of nearly 7,000.
