Managed all information technology and telephony for the Princeton, NJ office, approximately 150 users.Created multiple MS Word based templates, via VBA scripting, that stream lined the claims process.

This was a temporary position implementing a corporate roll out of a Windows 3.1 user interface replacing a DOS based environment.Assisted in the coding of the Visual Basic application that automatically upgraded users to the Windows 3.1 user interface.
