As one of the Midwest’s foremost experts in construction and delivery methods, Rich leverages his years of insight and expertise to understand the drivers of each project and then lead his team to exceed those expectations from highly effective preconstruction through the most expedient turnover possible. While his expertise extends to other markets, over the past 37 years Rich has overseen more than $1 billion in healthcare construction spanning everything from renovations to new construction, stand-alone educational facilities to massive campuses. Across all markets, his teams have successfully delivered the work through a variety of strategies and methodologies including Lean, IPD, design-build, design-assist, virtual and augmented reality and high performance construction.Rich holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Illinois, holds an ASHE certificate in Healthcare Construction and The Next Generation of Infection Control and is a LEED AP BD+C.
