Responsible for Salesforce implementation and driving Salesforce adoption across business divisions at B. Braun ANZ

I was working with my client Jaguar Land Rover since Oct 2014 on various CRM initiatives. My role involved(but was not limited to) liaising with JLR Importers in Middle East and North Africa, Campaign Management, managing data loads from various interfaces into SAP CRM, monitoring data quality,managing offshore team working on the project and creating Tableau dashboards.

Client - ABB.I Worked on the Proof of Concept (POC) of implementing QlikView for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) reports for ABB Sweden and subsequently delivered a number of CRM related reports to the client.I was also responsible for managing the distribution of these reports via QlikView Enterprise Management Console

In this brief period, I was supporting the SAP implementation team for a Manufacturing client - Honeywell. This exposure gave me a backend view of SAP and an understanding of Business Warehouse.

While working as a Business Analyst for MTN (South Africa based Telecom provider), I was responsible for capturing the BI requirements relevant for a Siebel CRM implementation.The role involved extensiveClient interaction.It gave me an opportunity to get familiar with OBIEE.
