● Provide technical support to 350 employees including laptops, kiosks, and making sure servers are up to date, deploys software packages silently through PDQ, advanced troubleshooting, and numerous other tasks that are handed down that are unique to the Pharmacy, Dental, Medical and 18 satellite office locations throughout Ohio and Texas on a daily basis of both hardware, software, network troubleshooting and problem resolution while researching and following-up on problems that may require additional resources.● Migrated over 500 desktops and laptops from Windows 7 to Windows 10 within a 4 month period at 18 different offices throughout Ohio and Texas.● Perform Active Directory Services administration and management to include design, cleanup and routine maintenance and configuration● Active Directory support role with practical experience having designed and implemented a multi-domain and/or multi-forest AD in a corporate environment● Experience with AD architecture and infrastructure (LDAP, Directory Replication, group policy, security, schema changes, etc.)● Work with a highly secure environment using RSAT tools.● Use Azure to backup the user's profile during the migration process.● Use PowerShell to execute scripts to remove bloatware on newly imaged machines● Provide technical support for employees, inclusive upward to VP’s.● Remote support using ConnectView for machine issues.● Installation, technical support and training of Microsoft Office365.● Installation of new machine hardware such as RAM, video cards, and hard drives.● Educate employees with helpful solutions for software and hardware issues.● Remove viruses and communicate with staff regarding potential risks.● Creation of detailed systematic documentation for customer Knowledge Base.● Assist in file recoveries and data backup for both local and network data.● Installation and troubleshooting computers, printers, and software.
