As part of the Communication Team at SanMar, my primary responsibility is writing, producing, and managing content for SanMar U, our customer education portal. This content includes weekly blog posts, how-to guides, webcasts, and instructional videos. In addition to SanMar U, I've written copy for SanMar marketing materials such as industry ads, website pages, and sales tools, including our "Super Trends in Decoration" guide for apparel decorators.

I created branding and messaging across multiple advertising channels in support of hiring Amazon hourly fulfillment associates. I worked with local teams in North America and the European Union to build a consistent and compelling message for our hourly candidates. This included writing copy for both online and traditional advertising media, writing and editing promotional and instructional videos, graphic design, and working regularly with Amazon brand leaders and local hiring teams.

As Staffing & Diversity Community Manager I establish and maintain ADP and Cobalt's employment brand, using traditional, digital, and social media to communicate what it's like to work here and why others would want to join us. In practice, I write and edit copy for internal and external email communications, website pages and blog articles, shoot and edit videos about ADP, design and develop print advertising, and coordinate our social media presence, among other activities.

As Community Manager for the Human Resources team, I coordinate the public-facing recruiting efforts in social media such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. This includes production of employee profile videos, writing of company blog postings and tweets, and integration of social media. I also often provide photography and internal promotions for company events, and design forms and emails to be used by HR recruiters, sourcers and generalists.

Worked in Marketing to create emails, websites, and other interactive communication media to send to Cobalt customers and prospects. Also helped with projects for print media and event coordination.

Provided leadership and direction to the team of website builders, as well as building sites myself.

Providing second-tier technical and content support for customer website issues, including graphic design, scripting, and documentation.

Designing websites and web-based applications for Cobalt OEM customers and product teams.

Building websites for car dealerships, Cobalt's primary clientele.

I am the primary graphic designer and website builder for Wired Writers, an online community for writers including regular webinars and writing workshops.

Worked with the Office of Teaching and Learning Effectiveness to develop and produce video support materials for distance learning courses, including video shooting and editing, graphic design, scriptwriting and more.
