While I have several concurrent consulting engagements in different areas of the company, my primary engagement is leading the Early Career Talent program for the technology and cyber risk units at Northern Trust. It is like no other assignment I have had in my career. While I am not a manager, I have been asked to design, improve and operate the program and its processes as well as acting as a coach and advocate and occasionally friend to our hyper-talented new graduates and interns.
