As the Owner and Operator of Brookside IT, I am responsible for managing and maintaining networks and servers for various local businesses providing quick and helpful IT services. I organized a strong and effective business plan to maximize earnings and minimize budget spending, as well as resolve problems that may occur quickly and efficiently with detailed explanation to the customer to help in preventing a re-occurrence. Several of my notable accomplishments included providing installation of local networks and servers and also plan and execute device and software system maintenance, replacement, and upgrades. I also offer technical consulting to small business owners on technical issues, either fixing or replacing systems to ensure smooth operations of networks and servers. I am responsible for growing the businesses customer count through strong communication skills and maintained customer relationships by providing great customer service that guarantees customer satisfaction.

As the IT Manager/Network Administrator, I spearheaded IT network systems development and maintenance across the organization. I planned and supervised device and software systems maintenance, replacement, system, and upgrades including the deployment of Microsoft intranet systems, Rackspace, Sage Timberline Accounting, Sonicwall VPN, security systems, Oracle Primavera contract management systems, and configure, design and manage multiple SharePoint intranet portals. Several of my notable accomplishments included managing dozens of servers and over 22 jobsite locations with various levels of workers and equipment and have launched 18 cameras at all NJ locations leveraging cable connectivity. I also redesigned and upgraded the company’s server infrastructure with new MS Server 2008 & 2012 and Hyper-V system components, as well as installed and managed SharePoint 2010 for the company’s intranet, as well as designed, installed, and customized inventory management systems, and led information warehousing projects for all resources.

As an IT Manager/Network Administrator, I oversaw the IT support and network engineering team coordinating IT operations including device and software installation, modification, upgrade and expansion. I also supervised systems maintenance teams to ensure all devices and systems are running smooth, identified issues, and fixed/replaced systems when required. I managed the budget and finance team regarding fund allocation for IT department projects.Several of my notable accomplishments included leading the planning, purchasing, deployment, and troubleshooting of clients issues in Parsippany establishment with 3 UPS Worldship/FEDEX/USPS Endecia workstations running MS SBS 03 Exchange 03 SP2 to support servers hot failover, BDC, and the mail archive system. I also reduced systems operations cost significantly using extensive knowledge and past experience in operating equipment and services, saving the company $1,000 per month in 2010, as well as created a SharePoint server for Intranet use that now manages ticketing for various office tasks and contains several networking hooks.

While at Gemini Traffic Sales, Inc., I held several positions including IT Manager, Network Administrator, and Webmaster. In these roles, I managed the company’s national IT infrastructure installation projects by actively engaging in designing, implementing, budgeting, and maintaining integrated systems. I also supervised the company’s IT team, provided technical consulting to management, and ensured the smooth operation of network systems and peripherals. Here, I spearheaded the planning, designing, installation, testing and upgrade of the Citrix server at the company’s Bethlehem, Pennsylvania data center. I also led the upgrade project of the company’s freight software package to the TMW Suite ensuring a smooth transition with minimal downtime and impact on operations.

At the Alexander Hamilton Institute, I served as the Web Master, Network Administrator, and Production Coordinator. In these positions, I led the design, configuration, implementation, management and maintenance of the company’s business website focusing on growing profits from $50,000 to $250,000 within one year. I also coordinated with the marketing department to develop website-based e-marketing concepts, and provided content development ideas and concepts.Several of my notable accomplishments included designing and implementing a computer network containing more than 30 nodes, made them compatible with Windows 2000 servers, and migrated them to the 2003 version. I also designed the products including newsletters, manuals, and executive documents, and prepared digital versions of the product sales documents using Pagemaker and InDesign. I created and administered a program reporting statistics and campaign tracking and a website for email production campaigns using list, subscriptions, and newsletters to drive sales.

Started a record label that promoted local bands through streaming live music over the internet using Winamp and plug ins. Also sang, played, recorded, mixed, produced and sold CDs through the internet.
