Performed months of due diligence of the IT environment. Negotiated and designed much of the Transition Service Agreement. Organized and planned several transition services prior to Day 1 such as hybrid cloud setup with Microsoft Office 365 and Azure, domain setup, email setup and transition, etc.Compliance/AuditOversaw all the compliance and audit requirements for IT ranging from JSOX, ISO, NIST, GDPR, and CCPA. Completed a due diligence of the IT environment for over 2 months. Negotiated the Transition Services Agreement with relation to IT. Organized and accomplished a number of IT transition services prior to Day 1 such as website transition, logo and branding refresh, email setup and transition, etc.Compliance/AuditOversaw all the compliance & audit requirements for IT ranging from JSOX, ISO, and parent company audits. Ensured training was provided & documented to all users as specified by the compliance requirements.

Responsibilities include: everything in the WDLC (Website Development Life Cycle) including; requirements gathering, web page layout and design, graphic design, logo design, eCommerce setup, online advertising, and pay-per-click marketing.

Responsibilities include: SharePoint installation and configuration at a farm level, web server administrator including installation of hotfixes and service packs, creating and working with over 20 SharePoint sites, applying unique permissions and workflow to each SharePoint site, building custom web parts and user controls using C# leveraging the WSS 3.0 and MOSS 2007 APIs, migrating from 32-bit SharePoint databases to 64-bit, implementing single sign-on for ADP integration, extensive use of the STSADM SharePoint command line tool, creating custom themes and styles in order to have less of a SharePoint look and feel, developing written documentation of step-by-step processes for users and administrators, training and supporting site administrators.

Responsibilities include: working with Microsoft Content Management Server as an administrator (template design with ASP and the CMS object model, assigning roles, structuring channels and folders, training users on the authoring process), upgrading Microsoft CMS 2001 to 2002, leveraging the CMS API to produce RSS feeds, administering a Net-It Central document management, migrating Net-It Central to FileHold and administering FileHold, accessing data from and writing to Oracle and SQL Server databases, using WML, XHTML, and XML to deploy wireless device content, reading XML into Flash to create dynamic Flash movies, maintaining and administering web servers, creating documentation and visual tutorials with Camtasia Studio and Adobe Captivate, web page design and maintenance on the internet and intranet enterprise sites, creating custom .NET controls, mentoring co-workers, meeting with customers to determine project size and scope, giving presentations to over 50 people.
