Oversaw the applications process and secured over millions in PPP funding.Put in place remote working and agile working processes to enable the complete remote working of the entire management company, in the process increased productivity by over 25% and decreased costs by 30%.

To date I have:Rebranded the businesses (all within group), overseen the creation of the businesses online and social media presence. Secured over £1m GBP in government / ERDF funding and grants to assist in growing the business.In the middle of relocating the business and its operating subsidiaries to a facility we will renovate into the businesses new 14,000 Sq ft HQ in Liverpool, with the assistance of the amazing team at Liverpool Enterprise Partnership, Liverpool Vision and the Mayors Office / Liverpool City Council.Written the entire business plan, strategy and forecasts for all group businesses in line with the requirement to raise investment / grant or loan funding.Overseen the acquisition and merger of 2 new group owned businesses, the merger of an assisting business and branded (and aligned with the group) the creation of 4th.Assisted in opening the new Irish Office and soon to be USA offices.Put in place business tools to assist the rapid growth of the business in a controlled manner, put in place tools for monitoring, mentoring and reporting. I have assisted in the businesses significant growth, alongside the businesses founders, and since my involvement the businesses turnover has increased from £500,000 to £3m last year with a forecasted £5m this year.
