As the Manager of Information Technology at Highmark, Inc., I've demonstrated strong acumen in IT planning, security, compliance, and project management. My tenure has been marked by major successes such as leading the turnaround of the Individual Billing System, improving application invoice generation pass-through rates, and spearheading the implementation of a Service Oriented Architecture. In addition, I also bring educational experience to the table, having served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Phoenix, imparting IT knowledge and skills to the next generation of professionals.
