In 2021, I joined the Silver Law firm in their Las Vegas office, handling all manner of tax-related issues from audits to collections to litigation to criminal defense. Prior to that I worked for the Office of Chief Counsel for 23 years, the first six in Los Angeles before transferring to the Phoenix office. I was an attorney with the Small Business/Self-Employed Division since its creation in 2000, then transferred to the Large/Mid-Size Business Division in 2009. In 2011, I returned to the SB/SE division as the Associate Area Counsel in Las Vegas, Nevada. From 2008 until 2011, I also spent an evening or two (or three) a week as a faculty facilitator at the University of Phoenix, where I taught Philosophy (Critical Thinking and Formal Logic) and History (U.S. Constitution).
