Product: Smart Test Fixture, Customized Auto production- Provide leadership and direction to multi-disciplinary full function group of Engineering (EE / FW / ME / SW) to ensure high effectively execution - Delivering smart test fixture & customized Auto product to customer (including but no limitation Apple, Google, & Amaze etc.) on time- Lead & coordinate whole company R&D resource, layout company roadmap- Building company core competency – high performance platform based on FPGA solution

Product: Coriolis Mass Flow Meter; IoT – Wireless Smart Monitor Platform- Responsible for product management, R&D, Operation (source & production), Tech Service etc.- Mass meter production: We are delivering mass meter based on FPGA architecture, digital, analog & electronic design (PCBA), which can provide faster parallel computing & performance (reaching be beyond 0.1% precision)- IoT Solution: We delivered a Cloud based Audit system (Cloud server + Database + Smart phone apps) to assure factory operation safe / high efficiency (i.e. process equipment state can be monitored & predicted)

- Responsible for EE group daily operation on team forming, engaging, empowering, coaching, planning and program coordination- Drive the design productivity improvement by standardizing design processes, tools, and design practices and build up a common platform ( eg: NPD, ECP, ECO processes)- Work as the technical decision maker and design keeper for the electronic related designs- Work with the cross function team to deliver the design to meet the customer needs within the schedule and budget- Work as the EE technology owner and go-to person for the CTC (China Technology Center)- Support the CTC director and local product managers to grow China emerging needs

- Oversee hiring and career development of world-class engineering group, which involve hardware, firmware, mechanical, EC sensor Eng, validation, verification, certification and so on- Lead & hands on hardware system design (Electronic, Mechanical, Firmware) to assure hitting performance target and on time delivering manufacture- Ensure that product deliverables based on NPD/NPI process (Requirements analysis, design, Implement, prototype, verification & validation, Production launch) with high quality, within budget & on schedule- Provide ODM/OEM product end to end - Enhance team's quality sense with tolerance analysis & RCA covering both mechanical and electronic- Enforce China & Global market certification (Ex, Fire, CMC, CPC and MA)- Manage engineering group budget

- Build, lead and grow technology project teams from concept to launch.
