Responsible for preparing HR metrics and statistics encompassing all MOL Group companies. Supporting HR partners and the business with ad-hoc reporting requests related to turnover, tenure, gender balance and the general composition of the workforce.

Managing a team of 12 responsible for the controlling of brokerage fees incurred by the firm during the trading of listed derivative products. This includes the fee verification, booking, payment processing and month-end close activities (accrual bookings, general ledger to sub ledger reconciliations) related to these expenses. We also take part in the development of the reconciliation tool (developed in house) to make it more efficient.

This included: invoice booking, month-end close (accrual calculations, postings, handling of prepaid expenses, GL versus sub-ledger reconciliations), and liaising with IT project managers regarding the costs of their projects. Started off as an intern during college, stayed on after graduation. I was mainly responsible for the collection and booking of accounts receivables of Nike’s Hungarian retailers. I gradually got more involved in the reporting of the aging and progress of these receivables toward local and international management.
