As a general technologist who can go quite deep in many areas, I love using my experience to help deliver impactful solutions. I have diversified across business-critical environments like web, native mobile, data platform and real-time, cloud-based, etc. for almost 25 years, and my track record is one of both team and hands-on delivery of large initiatives and successful operational models. I have a knack for understanding complex systems and extracting simplicity to enable even those without deep context to understand what is important and where attention will be most impactful.A thought leader in Program Management, I established the job family at GoDaddy while managing a team and mentoring others. This includes process engineering, which I approach as putting people first when creating and iterating a cross-team method of enabling scale. I thoroughly understand different forms of Agile and how they can impact a team, positively and negatively.Leading with connection building, creating genuine, therefore lasting relationships with and between teams, I turn strategic direction into actionable plans.I am passionate about setting teams up for success which, in a continuum, means wins for end-customers. I have established a reputation for hiring and retaining diverse, talented teams, in both PgM Mgmt and Operational disciplines. I feel that enabling people to grow is one of the greatest professional rewards.Being an experienced entrepreneur myself for 12+ years, with experience at several successful startups that are still in business, and part ownership of a marketing/technical agency, I understand SMB from having lived it.Fluent in English, Dutch and German.
