About Richard Withers

Application of new materials and thin-film device technology to solving real-world problems, especially in circuits and instrumentation. This has included use of cryogenics and high-temperature superconductors (HTS) to increase the sensitivity of nuclear-magnetic-resonance (NMR) spectrometers.
